The brief
Frank had a short timeline with a baby on the way. He came to Made unsure if we could create a beautiful bathroom with dual-purpose: for use by visiting guests and a hard-working space for their newest family member. The Made account, design, and architectural team thoroughly assessed his county's permit guidelines and acted quickly to create a plan of action for how they could use quality materials that could ship quickly, but still deliver on the clean and classic look the family wanted.
The approach
The design team prioritized material lead times during the design phase and worked collaboratively with Frank to ensure ongoing communications throughout the process. By getting live feedback during design calls, we were able to make decisions together quickly. Made created a modern but welcoming aesthetic in the new bathroom with a complementing patterned wall to give both guests and baby a delightful visual experience.
The result
Making the challenging timeline possible, the Made team delivered from design through construction, finding efficiencies along the way, to help put Frank and his family's nesting worries to rest. Another seamless renovation for a beautifully designed multi-use bathroom in record time!
